Note: Working with us you will obtain an experienced Broker (not Agent) who will work to protect your interests.  Our 20+ years project negotiation and construction management expertise will reduce your risk and maximize your return!  ALL our plans provide our Sellers the option to market their property on their own, (and potentially avoid any commission).        It's your choice!

I GOLD PLAN

Services 1-8, 10-14: Total Cost: 6% total:
3% to HMA, 3% to MLS Buyer Broker upon closing

II "TRADITIONAL" COMMISSION PLAN

Services 1-4,6,7,9-13: Total Cost: 5% total:
2% to HMA, 3% to MLS Buyer Broker upon close of Escrow.

III "SHARED RISK PLAN

Services 1-4,7,9-13 Total Cost: Recommend 2-3% (your choice!) to buyers R.E. Agent,
HMA Commission based on sliding scale, depending upon time to close: Less than 1 month-0.75%: Less than 2 months-1.25%: Less than three months 2%. Over three months- 3%.  Payable upon close of Escrow.

IV BASIC PLAN-“FULL SERVICE” NO COMMISSION/FLAT FEE

Services 1,3,4,7,10,12 Fee of $2,950 plus minimum 2% to buyer's Real Estate Agent is required. Payable when services rendered.

V PERSONAL PLAN-CUSTOM SERVICE, NO COMMISSION/FLAT FEE  (*A Favorite!)

Select combination of services desired above. HMA will perform services on an hourly basis at the rate of only $75/hour.  Materials at cost plus 15%. We have sold many homes for under $2,000 (to HMA)!  An MLS listing is required. Recommend 2-3% to buyer's Real Estate Agent (your choice!). Payable when services are rendered.
